Delivering the Blended Learning

Our training model is driven by our desire to maximize your learning experience by leveraging today's technology, minimize time away from work and family and reduce cost while transferring the "right skills" at the "right time". The model shown below is a typical Black Belt or Green Belt blended learning representing a three- to four-month total timeline. The left hand column shows the components of the blended learning while the right hand column shows the deliverable of each component at each phase of the D.M.A.I.C methodology. See our table below for a detailed explanation of the components.

Live and Recorded online classroom sessions Live interaction with Master Black Belt (MBB) to cement understanding Live online meetings to re-enforce the materials covered in the interactive e-learning. Our MBBs conduct a 2-hour session every week to go over the material in each phase and provide the opportunity for students to ask questions on concepts they are not clear on and to discuss the methodology's application to real life projects.
"Study Hall" Catch-up days with online virtual check-ins and group discussions e-Learning often takes a backseat to the urgencies of day-to-day work. Schedule regular study halls to provide students with the opportunity to focus completely on working through content, solving problems with classmates, or discussing projects with MBBs. This kind of just-in-time training relieves students of some of the pressure associated with self-paced programs and helps develop their time management skills and avoid work-time distractions.
One-on-one Coaching Either by phone or virtually, including project tollgates There is no substitute for a healthy mentoring relationship. Our MBBs Schedule regular meetings with students as they work through projects.
Simulations for Lean Six Sigma Projects in face-to-face workshops Provide real-world practice in a virtual-world Simulations are the critical bridge between learning and doing, knowing and showing. BLI conducts these computer based simulations in face-to-face workshops providing students risk-free project experience.
High-Quality Support Literature Books and References There are many good hard copy and online texts and handbooks on Lean and Six Sigma. Find a few that align with your organization's application and keep them around for student references. Many students feel more comfortable with a book for just-in-case situations.

Six Sigma - Middle East

Whether you’re just beginning to introduce and develop your Six Sigma program or need continuing education, BLI offers workshops and training sessions both online and face-to-face.

BLI is focused on providing excellent Six Sigma training in the Middle East, including Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. This type of performance level is expected from all departments within an organization.

Participants in the training sessions learn innovative tools that they can bring back to their organization that will help them identify problems unique to their business, so they can work to bring them to the accepted standard.
